Good Grief Gatherings offers distraction therapy where you can leave your grief outside the door for a little while whilst you enjoy an art based activity. Good Grief is a place where people suffering loss and finding it hard to move on can enjoy some time together socialising through art and crafts knowing everyone is in the same boat. Good Grief is respite from our loss through organised outings or events where the aim is simply to enjoy life again and have fun.
