CTCWW – Online Carers Group with special Wellbeing Session

Caring for someone can be rewarding, but it can also feel isolating at times. That’s why Carers Trust Crossroads West Wales has created a friendly online carers group where you can connect with others who understand the challenges and rewards of caring.

We would love you to join us for our next session:

Thursday 5th November
10:30am – 11:30am
Online via Zoom

November’s Special Session

We are pleased to welcome Ffynhonnell, a new wellbeing project developed in Pembrokeshire with carers in mind. The session will introduce an immersive breathing experience designed to support relaxation and wellbeing. Participants will be among the first people to try this new approach, and your feedback will help shape future sessions.

Our online group is a safe, welcoming space to share experiences and take a little time for yourself. You can interact as much or as little as you like. Whether you’re new to caring or have been caring for many years, you’ll receive a warm welcome.
