Our new Creative Communities mental health project will be back this May…
At 5 venues from May to June/July 2026, with more sessions to come from September…
All sessions are free as this project is funded by Hywel Dda Health Board to support adult mental health, creativity and wellbeing.
Full bilingual posters attached for Carmarthen, Llandovery, Llandysul, Cwmaman and Llanelli.
· Carmarthen- Fridays, 2-4pm, at the Learning Centre
· Llandovery – Thursdays 1-3pm at The Rhys Pritchard Memorial Hall.
· Llandysul- Thursdays, 1-3pm at The Power House, Pontwelly.
· Amman Valley sessions will be at Cwmaman Community Centre on Wednesdays 1-3pm
· Llanelli- Fridays 11am-1pm, all in The Lantern Centre
Booking is required for all workshops, along with a registration form, so do get in touch ASAP to secure your spot.
Places may be limited at sessions and some activities may be repeated (group 1 or 2) to allow as many people to take part as possible. Please be patient while we try to allow access to as many people as possible to benefot from the opportunities.
