Shalom House

Hospice and support centre for individuals living with Cancer and life limiting conditions, such as Parkinson’s, MND, MS and COPD. We support the people of Pembrokeshire within our day centre (Mon to Fri) and respite weeks, which are throughout the year at set times when funding allows. At our Nurse led day centre we can support with palliative needs, psychological and medical, symptom management, bereavement support, carer support and complimentary therapies such as Reiki and Reflexology. We have counsellors who support not only those who attend Shalom House and their carers or loved ones, but we are also able to provide rapid access support to access free counselling sessions to anyone living in Pembrokeshire. As a charity all of our services are free to access, although donations are gratefully welcomed.
