Stress Control / Activate Your Life Courses

Provides a Primary Care Mental Health Support Service including Stress Control courses and
Activate Your Life. Referral for the one to one support is via the GP, but the Stress Control and
Activate Your Life courses are by self-referral, just ring the contact number to book a place and find out more.
