About

Mind Llanelli Drop-in service for information, advice and support for people living with a mental health problem. Ages 11 upwards.

Day Opportunities: Providing mindful wellbeing activities, alongside workshops and peer led support groups.

Counselling: Providing talking therapeutic services through the free Llanelli GP cluster service

Children & Young People: A dedicated CYP service, offering support to those ages 11 – 17 years old, including mindful activities and workshops, mirroring the support available via the Day Opportunities project, but in a child and young person specific setting. With new and exciting services launching through our CYP Crisis Prevention Café in February of 2026.

Digital & Social Inclusion:
Providing peer support and befriending services as well as providing support services to those who care for others. Volunteer-led Befriending / Peer Support Service (12 weeks service) / Carers Catch-Up / Hoarding Support Group / New Horizons (Confidence & Self-Esteem building workshop) / Young Carers Club

Frozen Nutz: A men’s specific cold water dipping therapy group focusses on the transformative practice of cold water dipping, combining the therapeutic benefits of cold immersion with the power of community support.

Suicide & Self Harm Prevention Service: Compassionate, accessible, and responsive services, with an emphasis on crisis response, early intervention, post-vention, counselling and ongoing recovery support. 

Supported Self Help: A telephone, video call or in person one to one guided self-help service, providing you with the materials to better understand and manage your feelings over a 6-week period. Utilising CBT techniques and practitioner led.

Mums Matter
Mind Pembrokeshire provides a service for new mothers struggling with mild to moderate mental health issues during the perinatal period across Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire.
