Cyfle Cymru is an Out-of-Work peer mentoring service supporting people in recovery from substance use and/or mental health issues who would like to make positive changes to their lives. Our peer mentors draw on their lived experiences to support people with moving forward into training, education, volunteering and employment. Recently merged with Adferiad.
