The Hwb is a safe place to come for young people between the ages of 12-18 years, experiencing emotional difficulties within their home. We know young people are doing their best and that life sometimes happens in a way that feels out of their control and unmanageable; or that sometimes you’re trying really hard and need a bit of support to do the best you can. Ssometimes having a bit of space away from the demands of your day to day life can help.
Available to young people in Carmarthenshire, Pembrokeshire and Ceredigion.
